<br />54' W, parallel to the south line of the Luis Maria Baes Grant No.4, 380.33
<br />feet to the endpoint of Parcel AR-7 on the east line of Parcel EW-79 PE,
<br />described in this schedule, whence the NE corner of Parcel EW-79 PE on the south
<br />line of the Luis Maria Baca Grant No.4 bears N 00 06' E, 30 feet. The sidelines
