The mitigation measure makes Pueblo West <br />responsible for monitoring and treating noxious weeds, and re-seeding the construction area on <br />Reclamation lands for up to three years, <br /> <br />Comment 10: All construction activity and storage of construction materials will need to be <br />coordinated with park staff prior to any construction activity, <br /> <br />Response 10: See Responses 1,6, & 7, <br /> <br />23 <br />
