We have compiled an analysis of oil and gas production in the <br />Narrows site. Because essential data cannot be determined at <br /> <br />this time it is our opinion that any current estimate of value of <br /> <br /> <br />these mineral rights would not reflect values at the time of <br /> <br /> <br />acquisition. For this reason we have not included such an <br /> <br /> <br />estimate in this report. <br /> <br /> <br />12.
