Aspects Which Interest ed Parties Wish to See Included in a State <br />Water Plan <br /> <br />A. Legislators <br /> <br />1. Senator Fred Anderson wants to see the plan deal with: <br /> <br />a. Greater efficiency in water use, <br /> <br />b. Basin management, <br /> <br />c. Integration of ground and surface water, <br /> <br />d. Augmentation, such as importation and recharge, <br /> <br />e. State involvement in water projects, <br /> <br />f. It is absolutely necessary for such a plan to <br />be flexible, and <br /> <br />g. Constitutional changes would be a tremendous <br />mistake. <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
