Identify the problems associated with choosing either the <br />~egional Preference Future (RPF) or the Modified Central <br />Case (MCC). <br /> <br />. Display the beneficial and adverse effects associated with <br /> <br />choosing either the RPF or MCC and document the differences. <br /> <br />. Establish the state/regional priorities. <br />. This draft is being <br /> <br />reviewed by the Frame~lOrk Update Committee. ' l~hen the committee members <br /> <br />approve the agreement, it will be given to Chairman Neuberger for his <br /> <br />signature and then submitted to WRC. <br />
