The monthly reser- <br />voir regulation charts or tables will be prepared and forwarded <br />to higher authority by the Flood Plain Management and Hydraulics <br />Branch in sccordance with paraKraph 6-04 of EM 1110-2-3600 and <br />paragraph l5(c) of ER lll0-2-240. <br /> <br />b. Bureau of Reclamation. The Pueblo Dam and Reservoir <br />is owned and operated by the Bureau of Reclamation. The Project <br />Manager of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, Lower Missouri Region <br />of the Bureau of Reclamation is responsible for the regulation <br />of Pueblo Dam and Reservoir except for flood control regulation <br />when in the flood control pool which is assigned to the Corps <br />of Engineers.
