Responsibilities and OrRanization. <br /> <br />a. Corps of Engineers. Pueblo Dam and Reservoir is <br />owned and operated by the Bureau of Reclamation. The Albuquerque <br />District, Corps of Engineers, is responsible for monitoring flood <br />control operation when in the flood control pool through the <br />Project Manager, Fryingpan-Arkansss Project. A chart, "Organization <br />for Flood Control Regulation," is shown on Plate 9-1. The National Weather <br />Service and project personnel are provided with a list of names <br />and telephone numbers of key personnel of the Albuquerque District <br />with instructions to provide warning in the event of unusual conditions <br />at any time.
