<br />1-05. Operating Agency. The Bureau of Reclamation is the
<br />operating agency for Pueblo Dam and Reservoir. The Project
<br />Manager of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project is responaible for the
<br />day to day operationa. The Pueblo Dam and Reservoir will
<br />be manned 24 houra a day when the reservoir level is above the
<br />lIeasonal COnservation pool, see Exhibit "E". Below the seasonal
<br />conservation pool, it will be manned during normal work hours
<br />each day, When in flood control operations, operating
<br />personnel will closely monitor the reservoir and the downstream
<br />river reaches. See Exhibit "F," Standing Instructions to
<br />Damtender.

<br />1-06. Regulating Agency. The Bureau of Reclamation is responsible for
<br />operation of Pueblo Dam and Reservoir. Regulation of the reservoir during
<br />normal floH periods is in accordance with the "Operating Principles". The
<br />Water Control Diagram, Exhihit C, defines the flood control operation.
