<br />1-01. Authorization. Thia manual has been prepared as directed
<br />by Section 7 of the Flood Control Act of December 1944 as supple-
<br />mented by 33 CFR 208.11 (41 F.R. 20400, 18 May 1976), shown in Ex-
<br />hibit "B", and ER 1110-2-240, Engineering and nesi!!n, Reservoir
<br />Regulation. Also, the manual is prepared in accordanc'e with
<br />guidelines in EM lllO-2-3600, EnRineerin!!.and Design, Reservoir
<br />Regulation, and Southwestern Diviaion Guide for PreparinR Water
<br />Control Manuals.
