It is the purpose of <br /> <br /> <br />t~e analysis conducted herein to address the matter of water <br /> <br />re~ource optimization in Reach No. 2 of the South Platte, <br /> <br /> <br />Balzac Gaging station to the Kersey Gaging Station. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The report is constructed in a format which defines the <br /> <br /> <br />physical, legal, and managerial framework of existing water <br /> <br /> <br />supply, and identifies remedial measures whose implementation <br /> <br /> <br />wopld overcome present limitations to resource optimization. <br /> <br /> <br />Benefits are exclusively maximized in Reach No.2.
