<br />Section 2. Ad Hoc Committee Reports <br /> <br />a. Ad hoc committee reports shall be presented in summary fo~ only - <br />complete reports should be submitted for attachment to minutes. The pre- <br />sentations shall be made in accordance with specifications of the Adminis- <br />trative'Committee. <br /> <br />Section 3. Papers and Discussions <br /> <br />a. Papers to be presented at meetings shall be submitted to the <br />Administrative Committee for preparation of agenda, and for info~ational <br />purposes, as necessary, and for distribution to representatives of AWRBIAC <br />at least 30 days before the meeting. The Administrative Committee will <br />set up such procedure as will accomplish this purpose. <br /> <br />b. Discussions designed to bring out all facets of an issue shall be <br />encouraged at regular meetings. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V - RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS <br /> <br />Section 1. Procedure <br /> <br />a. Ad hoc committees shall be designated to study and report on basic <br />and important issues in conflict. <br /> <br />b.- M ad hoc committee shall endeavor to obtain agreement between <br />principals. <br /> <br />c. Every effort should be made to sharpen the issues; if th~re is <br />failure to reach agreement, the ad hoc committee shall so report to AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />d. AHRBIAC shall refer matters of significant import to ICWR, <br />together with all pertinent data, including copies of reports, dissenting <br />opinions I correspondence, and exhibits, if any. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI - METHOre OF COlLECTING AND DISSEMINATING <br />INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS (GUIDE) <br /> <br />Section 1.
