<br />ARTICLE III - MEErING (GUIDES). <br /> <br />Section 1. 11umber and Kind of Meetings <br /> <br />a. Special meetings will normally be held at a location convenient <br />to the membership. <br /> <br />Section 3. Agenda and Length of Meetings <br /> <br />a. It shall be normal practice to prepare an agenda of interest .and <br />of sufficient length to occupy a meetin~ of a day and one-half. It should <br />be circulated at least one week in advance of meeting date. <br /> <br />b. There shall be a period designated during each meeting that shall <br />be open for spontaneous discussion of subjects of interest to the MfRBIAC. <br /> <br />Section 4. Selection of Temp~rary Chairman <br /> <br />a. If the Chairman cannot be present, he shall designate a temporary <br />Chairman. <br /> <br />Section 5. Parliamentary Procedure <br /> <br />a. Questions of meeting procedure or points of order shall be re- <br />solved in accordance with Roberts' Rules of Order, revised, except wherein <br />such Rules may be inconsistent with the provisions of these Articles. <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV - TYPE OF PROGRAMS ( GUIDES) <br /> <br />I: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Section 1. Informational Proerams <br /> <br />a. There will be included on the agenda from time to time informa- <br />tional items having national and regional significance, both for the <br />AWRBIAC and the public. <br /> <br />b. Each item on the agenda should normally be limited to two hours <br />or less, including discussion. <br /> <br />B-3 <br />
