Arizona; Hnd some fresh meat also WHS purchased in <br />Arizona, <br />Tbe purchase from surplus stocks of the Uuited States of a <br />tractor with dozer and winch, 15 tons of miscellaneous steel, and <br />310 tons of chemicals for water softening, effected a saving of more <br />than $2,800 due to the sale prices, Hlready below current ceiling <br />prices, being subject to a 40 per cellt discount for sales to a public <br />water utility. <br />Sales for cash of aqueduct construction equipment and materiHls <br />remaining in salvage stocks amount.ed to $26,803.39 during the <br />tiscal year. The value of materials transferred from salvage to <br />District operation and maintenance features was $9,230.00.
