The project contemplates the diversion of the followinr; o',an+.ities of water from the Colorado River watershed to the Arkansas River Basin: (a) The existing Independence Pass (Twin Lakes Canal and Reservoir Compo.ny) Tunnel would increase its diversion to an average of 52,800 acre-feet annually from the Roaring Fork above Aspen.
