There are two critical points to be studied in determination of <br />the replacement requirements for this diversion. These are at Aspen, <br />Colorado, and at Cameo at the head of the Grand Valley area. At Aspen <br />there are five ditches (Salvation, Nellie Bird, Wheeler, Riverside, and <br />East Aspen City) Olhich divert from the Roaring Fork ahove the Aspen gaGe. <br />The ditches have decreed rights. in excess of past diversions.
