Beise <br /> <br />No.2 <br /> <br />After a careful consideration we have reached the <br />conclusion that we should have an additional supply of water <br />for the city of.from 15,000 to 20,000 acre feet to provide <br />for our present expanding requirements and for the future <br />growth of the city within the next fifteen or twenty years. <br />We feel that. this estimate is conservative and that every <br />effort must. be made to secure this additional supply of <br />water.
