<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Study Area The area under consideration by local interests and <br />CWCB is specifically the area on Monument Creek located in <br />Section 34 T41N, R19W, and Section 3 and 4 T40N, R19W. This area <br />had previous reconnaissance work performed by USBR in 1961. Some <br />data is presently available for use in this study. <br /> <br />Funding an9 Scheduling <br /> <br />The cost of the study shall be negotiated between the CWCB <br /> <br />and the Consultant. All personnel, operating, overhead, and <br /> <br />travel costs of the Consultant must be within the negotiated <br /> <br />amount. <br /> <br />The Consultant selected must be able to initiate work <br /> <br />immediately upon the execution and final approval of a contract <br /> <br />with CWCB. The Consultant must indicate when he would be able to <br /> <br />complete a draft final report. <br /> <br />Conduct of the Study <br /> <br />(a) The study shall be performed under the general guidance <br />and direction of the Planning and Construction Section <br />of the CWCB. The Engineer shall be responsible for <br />completing all work tasks and for producing the written <br />reports, maps, drill logs, and test results as <br />required. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
