<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(b) During the course of the study, the consultant shall <br /> <br /> <br />make frequent (not less than every two weeks) oral <br /> <br /> <br />reports to the CWCB staff on the status of the study. <br /> <br /> <br />In addition, the consultant shall be required to <br /> <br /> <br />provide the CWCB with interim working papers, and such <br /> <br />other interim products, as will help insure that the <br /> <br />study is accomplishing its intended purposes. <br /> <br />(c) The consultant shall be responsible for writing and <br />providing a draft final report, to include maps, <br />charts, tables, graphs, design drawings, and other such <br />figures. After review, the consultant shall revise and <br />provide twenty copies of the final report. <br /> <br />(d) The CWCB shall make available to the consultant any and <br /> <br />all pertinent information which it has. In addition, <br /> <br /> <br />the CWCB shall, to the extent possible, assist the <br /> <br />consultant in gaining access to relevant data and <br /> <br />information from other agencies, entities, engineering <br /> <br />firms and persons. <br /> <br />Content of Proposals <br /> <br />Each firm should prepare and submit three typewritten copies <br />of a proposal to study (PTS) which describes how the firm would <br />propose to accomplish the required evaluations set forth above. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
