<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This emergency fund will be utilized to finance <br />extraordinary costs beyond the scope of normal <br /> <br />operation, maintenance, and replacement (OM&R) cost, <br /> <br /> <br />such as those of repairing damages to project facilities <br /> <br /> <br />resulting from abnormal floods, windstorms, etc. The <br /> <br /> <br />amount of the EMERGENCY OPERATING FUND should be <br /> <br /> <br />established from the guidelines that may be supplied by <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board upon request. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Reports <br /> <br />The contractor shall summarize this work and results of the <br /> <br /> <br />studies into a final report. The report shall be organized to <br /> <br /> <br />present elements of the work including topographic mapping, <br /> <br /> <br />geologic mapping, drill logs, geologic sections, test results, <br /> <br /> <br />hydrology, dam evaluation and cost estimates. A draft report <br /> <br /> <br />shall be prepared and submittd to CWCB for review and comment. <br /> <br /> <br />Following the incorporation of these comments, this report shall <br /> <br /> <br />be finalized and 15 copies shall be delivered to the State. All <br /> <br /> <br />technical information derived and supporting the study shall be <br /> <br /> <br />placed in appendices and 3 copies shall be furnished the State. <br /> <br />gl <br /> <br />-7- <br />
