Fund requirement schedule. Show the annual fund <br /> <br />requirements by fiscal years for each of the <br /> <br />construction period. <br /> <br />8. Operation, maintenance, and replacement cost. Include a <br /> <br /> <br />tabulation of estimated future annual operation, <br /> <br /> <br />maintenance, and replacement costs. It is suggested <br /> <br /> <br />that the tabulation be made in budget form, showing <br /> <br /> <br />number or quantity, and costs for personnel. pumping <br /> <br />power or fuel, material. supplies, equipment, and <br />administration. If a reserve fund for replacement of <br />major structures or equipment is necessary, describe how <br />the amount of this fund was established. <br /> <br />9. Emergency operating fund. In addition to the <br /> <br /> <br />replacement reserve fund, the sponsoring organizaiton <br /> <br /> <br />will be required to establish an EMERGENCY OPERATING <br /> <br /> <br />FUND, dependent upon size and scope of the project. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
