The Yellow Jacket Water Conservancy District would be the contracting
and administrative agency for the principal project facilities. The
Forest Service would administer recreational facilities at Ripple and
Lost Park Reservoirs. A nonfederal agency, probably the Colorado
Division of Wildlife, would administer land anJ facilities for recrea-
tion and fish and wildlife enhancement at Thornburgh and Axial Reservoirs.
