Nomination and Election of Directors. We recommend the Robert's Rules of order govern the transaction of all business. Marvin Hamilton, Jr. made a motion to accept as read, Jim Krieg seconded. Motion carried. Auditor's report was then summarized by Marvin Hamilton. Jr. He asked everyone to look at three items: Page 7-Long term was down almost $38,000; Page 8.lnsurance was almost tripled because of the added cost of Workmen's Com- pensation insurance; Page 1O-End of year balance in 1986 $14,000 and in 1987 $28,000. That the goal was to do work on waste gate, and this has been done. Mr. Hamilton then made a motion to accept the report, Jewell Seufer seconded. Motion carried. Mr. Sherwood then asked for a reading of the minutes of the 1987 annual meeting. Paul Frank made a motion that this be dispensed with, as they are in the annual report and minutes be accepted. Fred Williams seconded. Motion carried. ASSESSMENT COMMITIEE We, the committee on Assessments, do recommend the levy immediately of the following assessments: An assessment of $11.00 per share, payable as follows: $5.50 due April 1, 1988 and delinquent May 1, 1988. $5.50 due Sept. 1, 1988 and delinquent Oct. 1, 1988. This committee recommends the passing of the following resolution: "BE IT RESOLVED, that the Stockholders authorize the Board of Directors to borrow from the Wichita Bank for P4
