<br />I, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />002585 <br /> <br />Plan of Study <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />SUB-TASK Ib: Provide Onl!:oim!: SUDDOrt fur Coordination Activities <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />Throughout the study there will be a need for public information and partidpation activities. <br />These activities will be coordinated and conducted by the District but information and <br />technical support for these activities will be required from the study team. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />Information and support for ongoing public information and partidpation activities will be <br />provided as requested by the District's Study Manager. It is antidpated that information <br />summaries and memoranda will be required in advance of all TSC and PAG meetings. To a <br />large degree these summaries and memoranda are specifically defined in this Plan of Study. <br />However, information for press releases and briefing documents will be provided as the <br />study progresses upon request of the Study Manager. <br /> <br />To assist in providing information to the Study Manager, and to support the various <br />investigations carried out in the study, a study library will be developed and maintained. An <br />updated bibliographic index to this library will periodically be provided to the Study <br />Manager. <br /> <br />Output <br /> <br />The products of this ongoing sub-task will include a variety of summaries, memoranda, and <br />other informational materials, and a periodically updated index to the library of study <br />documents. <br /> <br />
