No hazardous conditions, to man or livestock, will remain upon <br />completion of quarrying operations either at the quarry site or on <br />the roads. <br /> <br />3. Appropriate signs will be posted in compliance with County <br />standards to warn the public of hazardous conditions on the roads, <br /> <br />12. Proper precautions will be taken to prevent uncontrolled fires. <br /> <br />13. Proper notification will be given prior to commencement of <br />operations. <br /> <br />III. All Federal, State, and County laws applicable to the operation <br />will be complied with. <br /> <br />15. The area of quarrying will be confined to the minimum area <br />possible so there will be no more surface damage other than is <br />absolutely necessary.
