No hazardous conditions, to man or livestock, will remain upon <br />completion of quarrying operations either at the quarry site or on <br />the roads. <br /> <br />3. No rock piles or other forms of waste material will remain on <br />location at completion of quarrying. These materials shall be <br />leveled prior to replacement of soil under 1 above. <br /> <br />II. When blasting, proper precautions will be <br />and livestock who might wander into the area. <br />in appropriate places. <br /> <br />taken to protect man <br />Signs will be placed <br /> <br />5. Explosives will be kept in a safe place to prevent accidental <br />detonation by unauthorized persons or animals. <br /> <br />6. If necessary, to prevent excessive dust pollution, roads will <br />be sprinkled with water according to the specifications. <br /> <br />10. Upon completion of operations, roads which are not eoing to <br />be retained in use will be smoothed off. <br /> <br />11. Appropriate signs will be posted in compliance with County <br />standards to warn the public of hazardous conditions on the roads, <br /> <br />12. Proper precautions will be taken to prevent uncontrolled fires. <br /> <br />13. Proper notification will be given prior to commencement of <br />operations. <br /> <br />III. All Federal, State, and County laws applicable to the operation <br />will be complied with. <br /> <br />15. The area of quarrying will be confined to the minimum area <br />possible so there will be no more surface damage other than is <br />absolutely necessary. Quarrying will he in harmony with the land- <br />scape as much as possible. <br /> <br />60 <br />
