<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3097 <br /> <br />The above 15 stipulations will be included in the specifications by <br />refe~ence in a supplemental notice worded approximately as follows: <br /> <br />Prio~ to any contractor operations in the ~ock source, the con- <br />tractor shall submit for approval a mining plan for developing <br />the source and transporting the materials to the damsite. The plan <br />shall be in sufficient detail to indicate full compliance with <br />Paragraphs 48 and 52, and include stipulations ~equired to be <br />included in the plan by the Bureau of Land Management, copies of <br />which may be inspected in the Construction Engineer's Office, <br />Project Manager's Office, Regional Di~ector's Office, or the E&R <br />Center. <br /> <br />We wish also to assure you that the contractor's responsibility for <br />compliance with all terms of the specifications, including those listed <br />above, are covered under the performance bond required by Specifications <br />No. DC-69115. <br /> <br />Prior to any contractor operations in the rock source, the contractor <br />shall submit for approval a mining plan for developing the source and <br />transporting the materials to the damsite. The plan shall be in <br />sufficient detail to indicate full compliance with the Bureau of <br />Reclamation's specifications and include stipulations required to be <br />included in the plan by the Bureau of Land Hanagement.
