These facilities are des:.gned to reduce the salinity inflow to <br /> <br />the Colorado River. In addition, measures to reduce excess water uses <br /> <br />tj <br />, <br /> <br />and to implement more efficient deliveries of water through the system <br /> <br />to further control salinity contributions from irrigation are required <br /> <br />by the agreement. <br /> <br />The Grand Valley Unit is located in west-central Colorado along <br /> <br />the Colorado River between Palisade and Mack, Colo. Stage One of this <br /> <br />project will cost an estimated $18 million. This estimate includes <br />
