The Arkansas River Channelization Project from Pueblo to the Las <br /> <br />Animas Consolidated Diversion Dam be restudied taking into consideration <br /> <br />all appropriate structural and non-structural alternatives for flood control <br /> <br />and allied purposes and the environmental impact of such improvements.
