<br />PHASE II I <br /> <br />~ ACTIVITY ONE - REGIONAL REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL REPORT <br />~ <br />..-i The objective of activity one is to provide the ~lissouri River Basin <br />Commission the opportunity to review and comment on the draft national <br /> <br />assessment report in one subactivity. <br /> <br />Subactivity 1 - Review and Comnent on the National Assessment Report <br /> <br />During subactivity 1 all the regional participants will have the <br /> <br />opportunity to review and comment on the draft national assessment report. <br /> <br />These comments will be compiled and analyzed by the MRBC staff and presented <br /> <br /> <br />to the ~1RBC for approval and action through the Overview Committee. Sub- <br /> <br />sequently, as approved by action of the Missouri River Basin Commission, a <br /> <br />consistent set of comments will be transmitted to the \-IRC and to reqional <br /> <br />assessment participants. <br /> <br />Section IV -- Organizational Structure <br />The organizational structure, as displayed in Figure 2, will be imple- <br /> <br />mented to facilitate conducting the specific problem analysis and related <br /> <br />activities in the Missouri Region. <br /> <br />The regional study director is responsible for managing the work proqram <br /> <br /> <br />necessary to carry out the activities described in this agreement and will <br /> <br /> <br />be the Missouri River Basin Commission's primary contact for any national <br /> <br />assessment activities within ~~issouri Region. <br /> <br />The participants and their desiqnated responsibilities for each sub- <br /> <br />activity are listed in Table 1 (also refer to Figure 2), <br /> <br />Section V -- \-Iork Schedules and Funding Plans <br /> <br />A. Work Schedules <br /> <br />Table 2 displays the schedule proposed for accomplishinq all the <br /> <br />activities described in Section III of this memorandum of agreement. <br /> <br />-14- <br />
