<br />c Role of federal, state, local and private entities--identify <br /> <br />-4 <br />~'l and recommend the roles and highlight deviations from the current <br />.. <br />.-4 posture for effective and efficient resolution of the priority <br /> <br />problems within the region through implementation, planning, research <br /> <br />and data collection. <br /> <br />The elements of this subactivity will be evolved initially by the staff <br />in cooperation with the Group A participants. Once evolved the Group A <br /> <br />participants will review and perhaps supplement the data and information to <br /> <br />be submitted to the Overview Committee and ~1RBC for endorsement. <br /> <br />Subactivity 19 - Establish Priorities <br /> <br />Priorities vlill be established for Level B studies, special studies, Level <br /> <br />C studies, and implementation programs for each time frame (1975-1985 and <br />1985-2000). The Group A participants will present a set of priorities for <br />each type of study or program to the staff who will compile and document the <br /> <br />results and submit them to the Overview Committee for consideration, The, <br /> <br />Overview Committee will then submit its recommended priority listing to the <br /> <br />Missouri River Basin Commission for endorsement, <br /> <br />Subactivity 20 - Prepare the State/Regional Report <br />During the subactivity the staff, with guidance from the Group A partici- <br />pants, will prepare a draft of the state/regional report. The Overview Com- <br /> <br />mittee will review and provide comments thereon prior to conducting a regionwide <br /> <br />review by the Group B participants. <br />An outline of the specific problem analysis report (the state/regional <br />report) is provided by Appendix B. <br />Subactivity 21 - Regionwide Review of the State/Regional Report <br />A regionwide review of the state/regional report will be conduct8d by <br />Group B participants and the Overview Committee. The staff will synthesize <br />and document the results of the regionwide review. <br />Subactivity 22 - Final Specific Problem Analysis Report <br />During this subactivity the state/regional report will be finalize~ for <br />the Missouri River Basin Commission's endorsement and subsequent submittal <br />to WRC, the regional participants and others as appropriate. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
