Knapp for <br /> <br />the administration of the stipulation. <br /> <br />The Attorney Genera~ particularly stressed the importance of <br /> <br />administering the stipulaticn in such manner that no question mey arise <br /> <br />as to the good faith of Colorado in carrying out the terms of the stipu- <br /> <br />lation, and pointed out that a.iJ.y' actIon oifthe part of Colorado v;hich <br /> <br />might thro'O doubt on the intent of Colorado to abide by the stipulation, <br /> <br />would most certainly prejudice the interest of the state in the ?ending <br /> <br />suit, especially at th"t particular time. <br /> <br />Follor.ing the Attorney General's opinion, a meeting was held <br /> <br />on ~ay 17th, ~t Pueblo, which was attended ~ counsel for the ritch <br /> <br />Association, attorney Dreitenstein representing tne Attorney General, <br /> <br />other attorneys and incereEted water users, Mr. Patterson and ~self. <br /> <br />At this ~eetL~g ~tr. ?~tt5rson "nO.
