M. Mr. Hamil stated that the meeting in Fort Morgan is part of a plan adopted <br /> <br />by the Board of Directors to hold the regular monthly sessions in scattered loca- <br /> <br />tions throughout the District. <br /> <br />"Since inception of this policy in February meetings have been held in <br /> <br />Brush and Julesburg", Hamil said; "Normally directors meet in the home office <br /> <br />in Sterling". <br /> <br />Hamil emphasized that "all meetings. of the Conservancy District Board are <br /> <br />open to the public. Taxpayers in the District are invited to attend any of the <br /> <br />meetings, meet the Directors and get better acquainted with the District's pro- <br /> <br />gram and activities". <br /> <br />On the agenda for the Fort Morgan meeting are: discussion of proposed legis- <br /> <br />lation under S.
