The meeting will be in the First National Bank, beginning at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Mr. Hamil stated that the meeting in Fort Morgan is part of a plan adopted by the Board of Directors to hold the regular monthly sessions in scattered loca- tions throughout the District. "Since inception of this policy in February meetings have been held in Brush and Julesburg", Hamil said; "Normally directors meet in the home office in Sterling". Hamil emphasized that "all meetings. of the Conservancy District Board are open to the public. Taxpayers in the District are invited to attend any of the meetings, meet the Directors and get better acquainted with the District's pro- gram and activities". On the agenda for the Fort Morgan meeting are: discussion of proposed legis- lation under S. B. 407, a report on August 14 flood damage to irrigation works in the conservancy distri~t, a report on the Narrows Project by the Bureau of Reclamation, the seretary-manager's monthly report, and routine business. , . / I I I I I I I , I I n____1 I I I
