This study is
being carried out at a prefeasibility level of evaluation. The level of
effort involved is sufficient to distinguish major differences between
a lternat i ves, determi ne the vi abil ity of each a 1 tern at i ve and draw concl us ions
regarding whether more refined studies are warranted. This study consists of
16 work tasks. It also presents a discussion of potential dev!!lopment
projects which could possibly enhance the financial feasibility of the
preferred alternative plan(s) if needed. Environmental impacts and potential
mitigation measures associated with each potential plan and financing
mechanism are discussed. Finally, various sources of potential project
financing and potential project revenues are presented and discussed briefly.

FUTURE WATER DEMANDS

Alternative plan components and alternative plans were
future demands that were forecasted in earlier work tasks.
di scussed in deta il in previ ous task memoranda and they
follows:

identified to meet
These demands were
are summari zed as

Sol

H L
