<br />$20,000,000. Construction on this project is estimated to <br /> <br />start in October 1983. The replacement water for the desalting <br /> <br />project is approximately 33 percent of annual average yield of <br /> <br />the reservoir. The District is willing to sell the water to <br /> <br /> <br />the desalting proj ect at what would be a reasonable cost to <br /> <br />help improve the quality of the water of the river. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED PLAN OF STUDY <br /> <br />This section is prepared to outline a recommended plan of <br />study which to be followed in order to determine the feasibil- <br />ity of an evaporation system. Also included in this report, is <br />a cost proposal should the Bureau of Reclamation desire to <br />jointly work with the Washington County Water Conservancy <br />District in developing the project. <br /> <br />PHASE I <br /> <br />This phase would consist of the following: <br /> <br />1.
