<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />\, <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />(2) The number of Vlsltors and types of public <br />uses within the units which can be accommodated in accordance <br />with the protection and utilization of its resources. <br /> <br />(3) Facilities deemed necessary to accommodate- <br />such visitors and uses in order to meet public health and <br />safety standards, and to provide visitor information and <br />orientation. <br /> <br />TITLE II -- BLACK CANYON OF THE GUNNISON NATIONAL PARK <br />SEC. 201. REDESIGNATION OF MONUMENT. <br /> <br />Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument, established by <br />proclamation of March 2, 1933, under section 2 of the Act of June 8, <br />1906 (34 Stat. 225; 16 U.S.C. 431), and with present boundaries as <br />established in P.L. 98-357 (98 Stat. 398) currently consisting of <br />approximately 20,800 acres in Colorado, is hereby redesiKnated as the <br />"Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park", hereinafter in this Act <br />referred to as "the Park". The boundaries of the Park shall be as <br />generally depicted on the map referred to in section 101(b) of this <br />Act. After enactment of this Act, any reference in any law, map, <br />regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to <br />such monument shall he treated as a reference to Black Canyon of the <br />Gunnison National Park. <br /> <br />SEC. 202. ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />The Secretary shall administer the Park in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Act; the provisions of P.L. 98-357 (98 Stat. 397); <br />and the provisions of law generally applicable to units of the <br />National Park System including the Acts of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. <br />535), and August 21, 1935 (49 Stat. 666). <br /> <br />TITLE III -- CURECANTI NATIONAL RECREATION AREA <br />SEC. 301. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />(a) ESTABLISHMENT. -- There is hereby established the Curecanti <br />National Recreation Area (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the <br />Recreation Area"). The Recreation Area shall consist of not to exceed <br />41,000 acres of the lands, waters, and interests therein, and <br />improvements thereon ~ithin the area Kenerally depicted as the <br />"Curecanti National Recreation Area" on the map referred to in section <br />1 01 (b) of this Act. <br />
