Samples: Two (2) unless required otherwise by individual specification sections. <br />3. Operation and Maintenance Manuals: The number required by Contractor plus four <br />(4) copies to Engineer. <br /> <br />RESUBMITT AL REOUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Make corrections or changes required by Engineer and re-submit as specified in paragraph <br />lC.2. above until acceptable. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Identify in writing, all revisions other than those called for by Engineer on previous submis- <br />sions. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Any need for one or more resubmissions will not entitle Contractor to extension of Contract <br />Time. <br /> <br />SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Include the following pertinent information for each submittal: <br />1. Field dimensions, clearly identified as such. <br />2. Applicable standards, such as ASTM or Federal Specification numbers. <br />3. Motors: include horsepower, voltage, temperature rating, service factor, full load <br />current, full load rotative speed, power factor at full load, efficiency at full load, <br />code letter, and design letter. <br />4. Color charts and similar items. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Manufacturer's standard drawings, schematics, and diagrams: <br />1. Clearly mark each copy to identify pertinent products sand models and to describe <br />exactly which parts of the drawings apply to the equipment being furnished. <br />2. Delete information not applicable to the Work. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Reproductions or copies of portions of Contract Documents are not acceptable as complete <br />fabrication or erection drawings. However, they may be used as a drawing upon which to <br />indicate information on erection or to identify detail drawings. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Format <br />1. Minimum sheet size: 81h" x 1\". <br />a. Date of submission. <br />b. Project title and number. <br />c. Names of Contractor, Supplier, and Manufacturer. <br />d. Specification section number, intended use of item in the Work and <br />equipment designation. <br />e. Identify details by reference to sheet, detail, schedule or room numhers <br />shown in the Contract Documents. <br />f. Deviations from Contract Documents. <br />g. Revisions on resubmittals. <br />h. Contractor's stamp, initialed or signed, certifying to review of submittal, <br />verification of products, field measurements and field construction criteria, <br /> <br />lC-3 <br />92'{)24 <br />
