As a result of State caucus meetings, the following Directors were selected as representatives from their respective States for the year of 1959: V. 1. Corbell C. A. Anderson Raymond Matthew C. C. He extended special thanks to A. J. Shaver for coordinating local arrange- ments and providing two efficient secretaries for the registration desk; Elmo Ellsworth. Convention Manager of the Hotel Riviera and its fine staff for superior hospitality; to J. V. Stone of the Salt River Project for his numerous assignments in connection with the Annual Meeting; to the Officers and Board of Directors for their many contributions during his term of office; to the Program Committee for their efforts in assembling an outstanding program; to the Chamber of Commerce for providing the gracious and helpful assistance of Mrs. Ingrid Pearson to assist with registration; to the many fine speakers appearing on the program; to the Housing Committee for their efforts in securing such excellent accommodations and to the Press for their fine coverage of the sessions for the 15th Annual Meeting. ******* Hampton C. Godbe suggested that the President appoint a com- mittee to be responsible for women's activities at the 16th Annual Meeting of the Colorado River Water Users' Association. Upon motion duly made. seconded and approved, Mr. McMullin appointed Mrs. Nancy Godbe. Chairman. and members Mrs. Alice Nelson and Mrs. Helen Cole to serve on the Women's Activities Committee for the 16th Annual Meeting. ******* - 29 -
