These releases are over <br />and above the annual 102,000 acre feet of project water estimated. <br /> <br />Fish releases will, for the most part, be diverted under downstream vested water <br />rights. Other times, they will recharge the aquifer, and sometimes they will <br />assist in meeting the Compact requirement. <br />
