<br />I 1108 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />construction on June 30, 1965, by the Department of <br /> <br />the Army in the Missouri River Basin, the commercial <br /> <br />power from which is marketed by the Department of <br /> <br />the Interior, and in the transmission and marketing <br /> <br />facilities associated therewith, shall be 2~ percent <br /> <br />per annum. <br /> <br />c. The rate of 3 percent per annum would continue to <br /> <br />be charged on interest-bearing commercial power invest- <br /> <br />ments associated with generating capacity constructed <br /> <br />or under construction by the Bureau of Reclamation, <br /> <br />Department of the Interior, after July l, 1965. <br /> <br />(Note: In the application of the foregoing criteria <br />for interest on commercial power investment, trans- <br /> <br />mission and marketing facilities investment was <br /> <br />distributed to Corps of Engineers and Bureau of <br />Reclamation for interest rate application in the <br /> <br />ratio of power system generating capacity installed <br /> <br />by each agency.) <br /> <br />The interest rate on future powerplants and their associated <br /> <br />transmission facilities would be amortized at the current <br /> <br />interest rate of 5~ percent as per Secretarial Order 2929. <br /> <br />26 <br />
