The data-collection activities and inter-
pretive studies are being conducted in cooperation with Federal, State,
and local agencies. The problems, objectives, and approach to the
hydrologic studies are described in the report, "Hydrologic studies of
the U.S. Geological Survey related to coal development in Colorado."

The report may be examined at the following U.S. Geological Survey
offices: Public Inquiries Office, 1012 Federal Building, 1961 Stout
Street, Denver, Colo. 80202; libraries located at Room 4AI00, National
Center, 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Va. 22092; and Denver West
Office Park, Building 3, 1527 Cole Boulevard at Colfax, Lakewood, Colo.
(mailing address: Mail Stop 914, Box 25046, Denver Federal Center,
Denver, Colo. 80225); and the Colorado District Office, Water Resources
Division, Room H-2106, Building 53, Denver Federal Center (mailing
address: Mail Stop 415, Box 25046, Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colo.
80225).

~,,~
~ . ~
;j '-i
_ m
~ Z
~ ~
"...
