All of the 1999 field work has been completed <br />except for some salinity field mapping and that will be done in <br />cooperation with the USDA/ARS sometime in the early spring. <br /> <br />We will be sending out letters to eligible irrigators as soon as <br />the SCD board authorizes it. We have a Board meeting scheduled <br />for January 5 to discuss this and the tentative Feb/Mar Workshop. <br /> <br />I will ask Doug Hall, our Accounts Manager, to contact you as to <br />the reason the CWCB hasn't received any billing.
