<br />As a follow-up to my earlier letter of November 23, 1982 on the Sinbad
<br />Valley Salinity Report, the enclosed material summarizes comments
<br />received from the Basin States. Mr. Jack Barnett, Executive Director
<br />of the Forum, coordinated the report review with the States and provided
<br />the review package to our office. It appears that there is strong State
<br />support for continuing studies on the Sinbad Unit.
