MR. MARTIN: Well, what I intended

not to speak. I just have some questions. So, if I may,

if I could just wait -- at that point and ask thos~ questions

at that point I think.

Mr. Martin, talking to some of the people over here. I

guess I was remiss in not reintroducing the people. Over

here on the far left are the two Corps people. Again, from

Los Angeles, Stan and Joe; from the Bureau, Jerry, my good

friend here, and Gordon and Bob over here. And those are

the only two people that had indicated a desire to speak.
