PRESIDING OFFICER: Now, from the cards you

filled out earlier, I will begin calling off those of you

who have indicated a desire to speak tonight. I repeat,

however, that if you didn't check that you would like to

speak and during the course of the discussion something

occu~red to you that caused you to change your mind, speak

up.

First I will call from the cards those private

citizens who are here representing only themselves. And

then I'll call on those representing citizen groups and

business groups and government spokesmen, local, state and,

finally, federal.

Now I would ask those of you who do desire to speak

to come up to the center microphone and please repeat your

name and your address and then go ahead and make your

comment, basically for the purpose of our recorder over here

and the transcript.

And I think that 1 have right now only two (2) cards.

The first one I have is Mr. William B. and Evelyn Booth.

I guess they wanted to speak -- are they here? Booth?

Mr. William B. Booth? Well, I guess Mr. Booth doesn't care

to speak. And the only other card that I have of an

individual who desires to speak is Mr. W. D. Martin

representing U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Mr. Martin?
