A head <br /> <br />of 520 feet would be utilized by the powerplant. The draft tube would <br /> <br />be located below the normal water surface of the enlarged Twin Lakes <br /> <br />Reservoir in order to take advantage of the additional head created <br /> <br />when that reservoir is below the high water line.
