7. Consortium of Water Institutes and Centers Report Dr. Norman A. Evans and members of the Consortium made their report to the Executive Subcommittee, on the afternoon of 5 April 1978. 8. Approval of Changes to the PSIAC Charter and Articles of Organization and Procedures On 23 February 1978 a Memorandum was sent to Members of the PSIAC who were not present at the 77-3 meeting to inform them that those members present unanimously approved the following change in Article II. Organization and Membership, Section B. Organization, first paragraph, of the Articles of Organization and Procedure. Delete Water Management Subcommittee and Vegetation Management Subcommittee and add Water and Vegetation Management Subcommittee. If those not present at the 77-3 meeting did not concur in the above action, they had thirty days to so notify the Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary received,no adverse comments to this action so it was considered approved unaminously. On 22 February 1978 a Memorandum was sent to Members and Alternates, PS lAC , informing them that, "In accordance with Article VIII, Amendments, Articles of Organization and Procedure, PSIAC, the following proposed changes that were introduced at our 77-3 meeting at Las Vegas, Nevada, are being submitted to you prior to our next regularly scheduled business meeting on 6 April 1978 at Albuquerque, New Mexico, for your consideration. The changes are as follows: Delete Health, Education, and Welfare andtlle Federal Power Commission from and add the Department of Energy to the fOllowing: a. Paragraph 3, Establishment (a) of the Charter for PSIAC. b. Article II, Organization and Membership, Section A Membership, first paragraph, of the Articles of Organization and Procedures of the PSIAC. c. Order of Succession for PSIAC Chairmanship. B-6
