These figures give a unit cost of $28.30 per kllo- <br /> <br />watt of rated capacity for units and appurtenances, plus <br /> <br />$2.30 per kilowatt of rated capacity for common facilities, <br /> <br />making a total of S30.60 investment cost per kilowatt of <br /> <br />rated capacity installed at Boulder Power Plant.
