That S2.~d Board to its fullest capacity insist on a firm agreement with <br />and binding upon all interested federal 2.uthorities that all decreed priorities <br />for the use of Hater shall be recognized, 'lith full protection of all present <br />irrigation works; tna'<:. in the event of condemn2tion of any existing irrigation <br />works, all condemned hater rights and priorities be abandoned. <br /> <br />3.
