Much of the platted land in both instances has been used

for agricultural purposes.

Our investigation indicates that, up to the present date, there has been no

known commercial oil and gas production. Two dry holes have been drilled

within the area of the proposed fee taking.

Services

Electric light and power services are available to the entire area.

The Union Pacific Railroad, with a single line track, lies within this

propoaed reservoir site.
