Accordingly, as <br />an option, we would support a delivery load factor of 70% <br />instead of 58.2%, recognizing that any incremental cost in <br />supplying additional energy incurted by Western would have <br />to be passed on to its customers. <br /> <br />We recognize there are many options and courses of <br />action that could be followed in marketing the resources <br />from the Project.
