<br />Formal Public Hearings will be held in March 1994 to obtain comments on the Operation of Glen Canyon Dam
<br />Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS),
<br />
<br />Each Public Hearing will begin at 7 p,m, except for the Hearing on Capitol Hill. To request to be placed on
<br />the speaker's list, please contact the: Colonulo River Studies Office, Bureau of Reclomation, PO Box 11568,
<br />Salt Lake City, Utah 84147, or telephone 801-524-5479, at least 5 days prior to the Hearing at which you would
<br />like to speak. You may also sign up to speak when registering at the Hearings, Each speaker will be limited
<br />to 5 minutes and time sharing will not be allowed, We suggest that remarks be summarized and a complete
<br />written statement be presented to the Hearing Officer for the public record,

<br />The DEIS was filed on January 4, 1994, and the public comment period will conclude on April 11, 1994, If you
<br />would like to receive either a copy of the 65"page summary or the three volume, 740-page DEIS (which includes
<br />the summary), please contact the Colorado River Studies Office at the above address.
